No Refunds & No Returns Policy

All sales made through Neoshave are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds

under any circumstances once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Why We Have This Policy

Due to the nature of our products — razors and shaving accessories that come into direct contact with

the skin — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for health and sanitary reasons. This policy

While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective

upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may

Incorrect Orders
